Clinical Trial Manager (Retina)

This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of clinical trials from start-up to close-out
• Oversee unmasked CRO and study service providers
• Ensure compliance with protocols and regulatory standards
• Prepare and review clinical trial documentation
• Develop and manage study budgets, ensuring financial goals are met
• Conduct site visits and manage site-related issues
• Coordinate training for study staff and monitor study activities

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. degree
• 6+ years of clinical research experience in Biotech or similar industry
• At least 2 years in clinical trial management
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Proven clinical operational skills with a focus on timeline and budget management
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project

Pay

$150,000 – $170,000 annually
