Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Operations

This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and closeout of clinical trials from Phase I-III
• Oversee and manage CROs and vendors for timely and compliant study completion
• Lead cross-functional study execution teams to achieve goals
• Plan and execute study timelines and monitor progress
• Identify and mitigate operational risks; escalate issues as necessary
• Manage budgets and invoicing procedures per contracts
• Support feasibility, selection, and activation strategies for countries and sites

Qualifications

• 5-7 years clinical operations experience in biotech, pharma, or CRO industry
• BA/BS degree in scientific or healthcare discipline preferred
• Competency in Microsoft Project and Smartsheets
• Proven ability to communicate proactively and effectively
• Detail-oriented and organized with a commitment to quality and consistency
• Experience working within cross-functional teams
• Adaptability to dynamic environments with high flexibility

Pay

$134,505 – $162,988 annually
