About the role

The Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) provides operational expertise and leadership to multiple clinical trial teams, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of all aspects of multiple studies through all phases of clinical study management. Responsibilities are carried out in accordance with applicable Veristat Policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conventions and instructions, as well as current Good Clinical Practice (GCP), International Conference on Harmonization (ICH), and applicable local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple clinical trial teams to ensure effective and efficient study delivery
• Mentor, coach, and train assigned CRAs
• Provide input to study documents (e.g., protocols, CRFs, EDC development) based on therapeutic area knowledge
• Utilize clinical systems including EDC, IVRS, CTMS, eTMF, and other clinical project management tools
• Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while working independently and collaboratively
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to clinical operations challenges

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required; degrees in health sciences strongly preferred
• 5 or more years of experience as a CRA in a CRO or Pharmaceutical setting
• Ability to effectively lead a project team
• Thorough knowledge of clinical operations, clinical development process, and ICH/GCP and regulatory environment

Skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, including proficient presentation skills
• Ability to speak and write in other languages is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated, team player, and ability to work independently
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to proactively manage workload and competing priorities

Pay

The estimated hiring range for this role is $150K – $160K plus applicable bonus. This range is specific to the USA and will vary for other regions based on local market data. Final salary is determined by skills, experience, licensure, certifications, education, location, and dynamic market data.
