Clinical Trial Manager

The Senior Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) is responsible for leading the operational planning, setup, and execution of global clinical trials in a compliant and timely manner. Key duties include overseeing trial documentation, site feasibility, selection, and activation, managing CROs and service providers, and proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks. They monitor trial performance and data quality, ensuring effective collaboration across internal teams, vendors, and investigators. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field, with 8+ years of clinical trial management experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech setting. Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations, experience managing multi-center global trials, and excellent communication and leadership skills are essential. Experience in oncology or specific therapeutic areas is highly desirable.
