Clinical Trial Liaison

About the role

This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage investigator relations from identification to study closeout
• Act as a scientific ambassador for trial protocols and study objectives
• Develop strategic relationships with high-impact investigators
• Design tailored recruitment strategies to enhance enrollment
• Capture site insights to optimize study feasibility and execution
• Lead site-level strategy and ensure predictable data delivery
• Collaborate across functions to resolve operational barriers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in scientific, clinical, or health-related field
• 5+ years in clinical research or pharmaceutical industry
• Experience engaging with healthcare providers and clinical sites
• Willingness to travel 60-80% during peak times
• Oncology experience required; Breast/Gyn experience preferred
• Strong understanding of local treatment paradigms and standard of care

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $110,520 – $138,150 annually
