About the role
As a Clinical Trial Leader (CTL) at Allucent, you will provide leadership, management and oversight to Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and other clinical functional groups in their day-to-day clinical trial activities on a global, multi-country, or regional basis. The CTL coordinates and manages the planning, implementation, tracking, and ensures clinical deliverables are met per the trial contract, budget, timelines and with quality.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage CRA activities across all geographies, liaising with sponsor and Project Manager and other functional leads to ensure clinical monitoring deliverables (timeline, budget, quality, productivity) are met.
- Liaise closely with the Project Manager (PM) and other department leaders when necessary on all trial-related issues and service delivery.
- Support the management team with training, process improvements, co-monitoring visits, mentoring of staff and/or any other special assignments within Global Clinical Operations.
Requirements
- A degree in life sciences or nursing qualification preferred, but not required.
- A minimum of 5 years of clinical research experience with at least 2 years’ CTL or other relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of ICH GCP, clinical trials and the critical elements for success in clinical trials.
- Strong therapeutic background in oncology.
- Experience and knowledge in the CRO industry that will support Allucent's management of clinical trials.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including professional command of English language to communicate with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis.
