Clinical Treatment Contractor
JOB REQUIREMENTS
The Center for Veterans Issues, Inc. (CVI) is seeking a qualified behavioral health provider, private practice, or behavioral health agency to provide Clinical Treatment services for Veterans enrolled in our VA Grant and Per Diem Clinical Treatment Program in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
- Provide behavioral health assessments, biopsychosocial assessments, individual therapy, therapeutic counseling, crisis intervention, risk assessment, safety planning, treatment recommendations, and clinical consultation.
- Collaborate with CVI's interdisciplinary team, including case managers, housing staff, VA providers, and community partners.
- Complete clinical documentation consistent with professional, agency, and VA GPD requirements.
Qualified providers should hold active Wisconsin licensure, such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist, Psychiatrist, or another appropriate behavioral health credential. Experience working with Veterans, individuals experiencing homelessness, trauma, serious mental illness, substance use disorders, and co-occurring disorders is strongly preferred.
Providers must carry professional liability/malpractice insurance. In-person service availability is preferred, with telehealth considered when appropriate and aligned with program needs.
CVI is seeking an ongoing contractual partnership. Scheduling, service hours, reimbursement structure, documentation expectations, and reporting requirements will be discussed during the contracting process.
