About the role
MaineHealth Transplant Program in Portland, ME is seeking a dedicated transplant pharmacist. The program is the only kidney transplant center in the state and serves a large, predominantly rural population across Maine. We are currently in an important phase of rebuilding and growth, with a strong focus on improving outcomes, modernizing workflows, and expanding access to transplant services.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD degree from a recognized/accredited school or college of pharmacy required
- License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license with Board of Pharmacy required
- Experience: Previous pharmacist experience preferred
