Clinical Training Program Field Specialist - North Central Region (IL, WI, MN, Iowa)

Responsibilities

• Organize the end-to-end process needed to set up, execute and complete a CTP event.
• Collaborate and partner with CTP team, points of contact for training requests, and the Clinical Account Specialist sales team, Regional Manager and other commercial team members.
• Collaborate with third-party vendor.

Requirements

• Candidate must be located in the Chicago metro area.
• Possible travel up to 50% time.

Skills

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of compliance-related concepts including the laws and regulations that govern pharmaceutical/vaccine marketing and sales activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

• Under various U.S. state laws, Organon is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job.
• The applicable salary range for this position in the U.S. is $52,000.00 - $88,400.00.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least one year of professional experience with experience in sales, healthcare, life sciences, or a scientific field a plus.
