Clinical Therapist - Youth Community Based

About the role

A Clinical Therapist provides services to youth and families with complex behavioral health needs within a Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) team. The position offers flexibility, small caseloads (up to 6 clients), and a hybrid work model combining remote and in-person work.

Responsibilities

• Delivering therapeutic services multiple times weekly
• Developing treatment plans
• Maintaining accurate documentation
• Ensuring compliance with confidentiality laws (HIPAA)
• Participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation with additional pay
• Providing short-term, family-focused interventions aimed at achieving long-term outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related fields
• Current Ohio licensure (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurability

Skills

• Experience working with children and families
• Knowledge of mental health, counseling, behavioral assessments, and crisis intervention (preferred)
• Professional growth through extensive training and supervision toward licensure
• Ability to thrive in a positive team environment

Pay

Additional compensation provided for participation in the 24/7 on-call rotation.
