Clinical Therapist or Therapist
About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled part-time or full-time clinician to join our team at Mind Lodge. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to see 15 to 30 clients per week, providing therapeutic support and guidance to individuals from diverse backgrounds. We are especially interested in a licensed therapist who has experience and clinical interest in working with male clients, including adolescents, adults, couples and families. This includes comfort addressing men’s mental health, identity, relationships, and emotional expression, as well as the ability to build strong therapeutic rapport with this population.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy sessions to clients of varying ages and backgrounds
- Create and maintain personalized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members as needed
- Engage in regular supervision and consultation
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Active licensure in Illinois (LCPC, LPC, LCSW, LSW or LMFT)
- Clinical experience preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Commitment to ethical practice and client-centered care
Schedule
Flexible hybrid scheduling is available, allowing for a balance of in-office and remote sessions based on clinician preference and client needs. Our newly expanded office space offers increased flexibility for in-person scheduling, with thoughtfully designed, comfortable rooms ready for immediate use. Evening and weekend availability tends to fill the fastest and can help accelerate caseload development, though it is not required.
