About the role
Clinical Therapists at Urban Counseling Collective are integral members of the Optum Behavioral Care team, providing evidence-based treatment for a diverse patient population.
Responsibilities
- Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance use disorders
- Provide treatment using evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and other modalities
- Track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in symptoms or complications
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records and clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
- Clear, active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in the state of Oregon
- 2+ years of professional experience post master's degree providing behavioral health services
- Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
- Experience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with equal effectiveness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
- Clear, active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in the state of Oregon

- Comfortable providing care both in person and via telehealth within an integrated setting serving patients with behavioral health needs

Pay
This role offers a competitive salary range of $69,100 - $103,800 annually, with a total cash target pay that may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your pay, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
