Clinical Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, ACSW, AMFT)- CALIFORNIA LICENSED

About the role

LinqCare specializes in providing superior mental and behavioral health services via Telehealth. Our team includes highly trained and experienced professionals who offer a variety of services including psychotherapy and psychiatric medication management.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose behavioral/mental health issues
• Determine appropriate types/methods of treatment and implement intervention methodologies (psychotherapy)
• Document services provided and diagnoses in the electronic medical record
• Provide services via audio and visual two-way communication platform
• Absorb the Code of Ethics and comply with all relevant laws and regulatory bodies
• Collaborate with clinical, health education, community health, and other staff members to provide comprehensive patient care
• Make referrals for additional services as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Active license in good standing
• Experience with psychotherapy
• Familiarity with women's health and multicultural groups
• Previous work experience in a multicultural setting preferred

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Social Work or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Obtained licensure as a Clinical or Independent Licensure in the practice location (State)

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of telehealth platforms

Pay

Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Flexible hours between 9am and 8pm.
