About the role
The Clinical Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based in Rehoboth, MA.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy to clients across a range of ages and diagnoses, using evidence-based clinical approaches.
- Conduct intake assessments, develop and update treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Carefully coordinate care with other providers as needed.
- Ongoing case management, crisis intervention when appropriate, and participation in team meetings, clinical consultations, and supervision.
- Contribute to a collaborative, respectful workplace culture while ensuring services meet regulatory and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- A clinical foundation in Social Work, with skills in assessment, treatment planning, and client advocacy.
- A strong grounding in Psychology and Mental Health, including knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and diagnostic frameworks.
- Experience in Case Management, including care coordination, resource linkage, and follow-up to support continuity of care.
- Competence in Family Therapy, with the ability to work with couples, families, and caregivers to address relational and systemic concerns.
- A relevant professional license or license-eligible status (e.g., LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent) in Massachusetts.
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build therapeutic rapport and maintain clear documentation.
- A commitment to cultural responsiveness, trauma-informed care, and ethical clinical practice.
- An ability to work independently while participating in supervision and multidisciplinary collaboration.
