Pay

  • LSW/LPC: $55,000 to $68,000 annually
  • LISW/LPCC: $65,000 to $75,000 annually

About the Role

Unison Health is seeking an LSW, LPC, LISW, or LPCC. This position provides direct therapeutic services to assigned clients with mental illness and adjustment difficulties through individual, group, and family therapy or diagnostic assessment. The role also requires linkage and advocacy skills as needed. This position supports early childhood mental health consultation as part of the Whole Child Matters grant, including diagnostic assessments, individual therapy, and family therapy for children, with a focus on ages 0-6.

Responsibilities

  • Provides diagnostic services via face-to-face contact with clients under the supervision of a licensed independent clinician or via telehealth.
  • Provides treatment planning and counseling services to an assigned caseload of clients in accordance with state mandates, agency policies, and program philosophy.
  • Documents all services provided and maintains records utilizing the electronic record in accordance with agency policy/procedure.

Requirements

  • BSW in social work or a master’s degree in social work or counseling.
  • Prior experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of mental illness, individual and group counseling skills, assessment skills, and crisis intervention skills.
  • Ability to define problems, analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and make recommendations.
  • Positive attitude, commitment to superior service, and enthusiastic support for the agency’s mission.
  • Personal integrity, ability to work as part of a team, and commitment to the agency’s mission.
  • Ability to work with ill, disabled, emotionally upset, and at times hostile individuals.
  • Must be able to drive and be insured under the agency’s commercial liability policy if driving is required for the role.
