We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (job summary), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate. We need to parse the posting. Content: - "This is a casual position which is subject to renewal on 06/30/2027." (metadata, maybe include in a short p) - Job Summary: Under supervision of the Program Director, the Clinical Therapist will be responsible for providing most aspects of therapeutic clinical care for the eating disorders Medical Behavioral Unit. The LMHT will provide individual, group, family psychotherapy, and multi-family therapy to patients using evidence-based practice for eating disorders and patients admitted to the hospital. The LMHT will coordinate care with other providers, assist with discharge planning, and provide regular therapy sessions. The LMHT will attend required trainings and workshops, and report on patient progress in multidisciplinary rounds and group supervision and commit to continuing hours and further education in the field. Additionally, the LMHT will develop and implement treatment plans for complex cases with multiple diagnoses. Under supervision, the incumbent may also provide consultation and liaison services to other medical services in the hospital including the hospital medicine, gastroenterology, cardiology, nephrology, and endocrinology among others. The incumbent will maintain clinical records; participate in program evaluation; participate in treatment development; provide consultation to and maintain liaison with community programs; and provide teaching, supervision, consultation, and in-service training to interns, students, and staff as needed or requested by the program director. That's responsibilities. - Minimum Qualifications: list bullet points. - Preferred Qualifications: list bullet points. - Salary: "The current salary range for this position is $41.49 to $57.05 Rady Children’s Hospital is committed to compensation that is externally competitive and internally equitable. We demonstrate this commitment by conducting regular market reviews to remain competitive with organizations of similar size in the nonprofit, healthcare sector. The range listed above does not represent the full salary range for the position but is the expected hiring range for qualified candidates. Compensation decisions consider a variety of factors including experience, education, licensure, unique skillsets, organizational need, and internal equity." - Schedule: "Must be able to work various hours (flexible schedule) based on Clinical Program's need. This position includes working one weekend day and requires flexibility in scheduling to help cover unit needs Will be required to work four, 10 hour shifts and on a weekend day; also, work some holiday days" - Also "This posting will remain open from the “date posted” until the hiring manager has determined there is a sufficient applicant pool or until the position is filled." That's boilerplate? It's about posting duration; maybe we can drop as it's application instructions? It's not exactly application instructions but maybe considered boilerplate. The instruction says remove application instructions. This is about posting open duration; could be considered meta. Safer to drop. - Also "The location of work may include floating to a newly created residential or skilled nursing unit as needed" - that's a responsibility or requirement. - Also "This is a casual position which is subject to renewal on 06/30/2027." Could be a short p. We need sections: About the role (job summary) maybe we can put the summary in About the role. Responsibilities: we can list duties. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications. Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications? Or we could combine. Skills: maybe list interpersonal skills etc. Benefits: none given. Pay: include salary range. Schedule: include schedule details. We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So only include sections where we have content. Thus sections: - About the role (job summary) - we have content. - Responsibilities - we have content (maybe overlapping with summary; but we can separate: summary is overview, responsibilities list duties). Could combine but we need to follow instruction: use headings for sections if posting has real specific content. We can have both About the role and Responsibilities if we have distinct content. The summary already includes many duties; but we can still list responsibilities as bullet list derived from same text. Might be duplication but okay. - Requirements (Minimum Qualifications) - we have bullet list. - Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications) - we have bullet list. - Skills - we have interpersonal skills etc. Could extract from Minimum Qualifications: "Effective and appropriate interpersonal skills including listening and interpretive skills, in dealing with patients, families, caregivers, multidisciplinary team members and community professionals" (appears twice). Also "Knowledge and demonstrated skill in provision of individual, group and family psychotherapy and in problem-focused psychotherapeutic interventions and a thorough working knowledge of DSM-V categories and differential diagnosis." That's more knowledge/skill. So we can put Skills section. - Benefits: none given, so omit. - Pay: we have salary range. - Schedule: we have schedule details. We must not repeat job title as heading. Good. We must not include Job ID etc. We must preserve all substantive info; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details: e.g., "Must be able to work various hours (flexible schedule) based on Clinical Program's need. This position includes working one weekend day and requires flexibility in scheduling to help cover unit needs Will be required to work four, 10 hour shifts and on a weekend day; also, work some holiday days". Need to keep that exactly? We can rephrase but must preserve info. Safer to keep as is but maybe split into sentences. Also "This is a casual position which is subject to renewal on 06/30/2027." Keep. Also "The location of work may include floating to a newly created residential or skilled nursing unit as needed" keep. Also "Under supervision of the Program Director, the Clinical Therapist will be responsible for providing most aspects of therapeutic clinical care for the eating disorders Medical Behavioral Unit." etc. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:
