About the role
Provides strength-based short-term and solution-focused counseling interventions for adult members and caregivers receiving other psychiatric and support services. Conducts individual, family, and group interventions addressing needs identified by the clinical team. Offers crisis interventions and clinical consultation.
Responsibilities
- Conducts individual, family, and group counseling sessions based on client needs.
- Provides crisis intervention services as needed.
- Engages in clinical consultation with other professionals as required.
Requirements
- Masters degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy.
- Licensure eligibility.
- Certified in CPR, First Aid, and Therapeutic Options.
- A valid Arizona state fingerprint clearance card.
- A valid Arizona driver’s license and car insurance.
- At least 21 years of age.
Education, Certification, and Experience
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy.
- License eligible.
- Maintain current CPR, First Aid, and Therapeutic Options certifications.
- Maintain a valid Arizona state fingerprint clearance card.
- Maintain a valid Arizona driver’s license and car insurance.
- At least 21 years of age.
