About the Role
We're looking for a Clinical Therapist to join our residential team at Cathedral Home for Children in Laramie, Wyoming. The ideal candidate believes that lasting change happens through connection, consistency, and the courage to keep showing up. Therapy doesn't happen behind a closed office door. Instead, you'll provide individual, family, and group therapy while working alongside youth care professionals, educators, family advocates, and fellow clinicians who share a common philosophy of trauma-responsive, relationship-based care.
Responsibilities
- Help shape treatment plans
- Advocate for youth and families
- Collaborate across residential, crisis shelter, resource center, and outpatient programs
- Equip staff to build relationships that make healing possible
Requirements
- A Master's degree in social work or counseling
- Wyoming provisional licensure (LPC or LCSW preferred, or full Wyoming licensure)
- Experience or a genuine passion for working with adolescents and families
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A trauma-responsive lens and the belief that every young person deserves the chance to build a different future
