Clinical Testing Psychologist - Hybrid Schedule
About the role
We offer Psychologists a competitive compensation range of $108,000-$145,000, with a compensation model based on productivity. The position is W2 employed and offers a sign-on bonus, cash-based incentive program, comprehensive benefits package including a 401K with a 4% match, part-time and full-time options, CEUs, paid parental leave, malpractice insurance, and opportunities for continuing education.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychological assessments and interventions for child, adolescent, and adult populations.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Conduct therapy sessions and provide individual, family, and group therapy.
- Train and supervise interns and other trainees.
- Engage in research and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices.
- Stay updated with the latest research and clinical trends in psychology.
Requirements
- Local to and fully licensed in California.
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical/Counseling Psychology or Neuropsychology.
- Experience working with child, adolescent, and/or adult populations.
- Training in Autism (preferred).
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience in neuropsychological assessment and intervention.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in child and adolescent psychology.
- Experience in working with diverse populations.
