Clinical Testing Psychologist - Hybrid Schedule

About the role

We offer Psychologists a competitive compensation range of $108,000-$145,000, with a compensation model based on productivity. The position is W2 employed and offers a sign-on bonus, cash-based incentive program, comprehensive benefits package including a 401K with a 4% match, part-time and full-time options, CEUs, paid parental leave, malpractice insurance, and opportunities for continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological assessments and interventions for child, adolescent, and adult populations.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Conduct therapy sessions and provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Train and supervise interns and other trainees.
• Engage in research and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices.
• Stay updated with the latest research and clinical trends in psychology.

Requirements

• Local to and fully licensed in California.
• PhD or PsyD in Clinical/Counseling Psychology or Neuropsychology.
• Experience working with child, adolescent, and/or adult populations.
• Training in Autism (preferred).

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience in neuropsychological assessment and intervention.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in child and adolescent psychology.
• Experience in working with diverse populations.
