Clinical Testing Psychologist

About the role

As the fastest growing behavioral health practice group in the country, LifeStance Health is actively looking to hire talented Clinical Psychologists. Psychologists will be a critical part of our clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychological assessments and interventions for patients
• Care for children, adolescents, and adults with various mental health issues
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Conduct therapy sessions and administer psychological tests
• Stay updated with the latest research and clinical practices in psychology

Requirements

• Must be fully licensed or in the process of licensure in WA state
• Experience working with children, adolescents, or adults
• Graduated from an APA accredited doctoral program
• Mix of therapy and assessment roles

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and ability to provide evidence-based care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passionate about patient care and clinical excellence

Pay

Compensation range of $125,000-$160,000, based on productivity.
