About the role

As a Neuropsychologist at LifeStance Health, you will be an integral part of our growing team, serving the mental healthcare needs of clients and community in an outpatient clinical setting. You’ll conduct in-person testing, with intakes and feedback sessions completed in person or via telehealth based on client and clinician preference. The role offers opportunities for interdisciplinary care and collaboration with other LifeStance professionals, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, psychologists, social workers, and therapists.

You will see clients with a variety of backgrounds and reasons for referral, such as developmental disabilities/autism, ADHD evaluations, complex psychodiagnostic presentations, learning and achievement differences, and neurological insult or injury. As we grow, we will work to develop referral streams that align with clinician interests.

Responsibilities

  • Perform testing intakes and plan assessment batteries
  • Administer neuropsychological measures and interpret data
  • Write reports and provide feedback sessions
  • Clarify diagnoses and develop treatment plans
  • Complete documentation

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
  • If early-career, internship/training must meet Houston Conference Guidelines for neuropsychology
  • Board certified or board eligible (ABPP, ABCN)
  • Fully licensed and credentialed in one or more U.S. states
  • Experience caring for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and/or geriatric populations (clinicians may set their preferred age range)

Pay

Above-market compensation ranging from $120,000 to $168,000+ (productivity-based model).
