About the Opportunity

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions, in partnership with Lifepoint Health, offers travel nurse assignments at community hospitals across a nationwide network. Lifepoint Health facilities provide professional growth, advancement opportunities, and a culture of safety for employees and patients. Assignments are available for 8, 10, or 13 weeks based on facility needs.

What You’ll Do

• Assist healthcare professionals in delivering patient care.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharge, referrals, and spiritual/psychosocial support.
• Evaluate learning needs of patients and families and provide education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient.

What We Require from You

• Minimum of one (1) year acute care experience in a hospital setting.
• Appropriate certifications as required for the specific position.
• Degree from an accredited school.
• Demonstrated adherence to code of conduct and compliance policies.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Pay

Minimum Pay Rate: $97.50 per hour
Maximum Pay Rate: $101.40 per hour
