CLINICAL TEAM OPERATIONS LEADERSHIP - BASE

For our client, we are seeking a CLINICAL TEAM OPERATIONS LEADERSHIP - BASE to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will oversee the planning and execution of complex clinical operations programs that support business objectives in a highly regulated environment. The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and resources, and keep stakeholders informed across the full lifecycle of each program. This position also plays a key role in driving process improvement and operational consistency to support efficient delivery and strong outcomes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs aligned with business objectives. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of program activities. Develop and manage program plans, timelines, budgets, and resources, monitoring progress and addressing issues. Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the lifecycle. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, project management, engineering, or related field; PMP certification is a plus. Extensive experience in program management with a track record of delivering large-scale projects. Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide cross-functional teams in a matrix environment. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills for managing multiple projects. Proficiency in project management tools, risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation. Exceptional communication skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders. Willingness to travel approximately 25%.
