Clinical Team Manager / Sr. (CTM) - Neuro
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Clinical Team Manager / Sr. (CTM) - Neuro to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will oversee clinical operations and study quality for assigned neuroscience programs, with responsibility for keeping trials moving in alignment with ICH GCP standards. The position partners closely with clinical teams, study sites, and internal stakeholders to drive start-up activities, resolve study issues, and support timely delivery of key milestones. It is well suited for someone with end-to-end study management experience who can balance operational execution, documentation, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced clinical research environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Manage clinical operations and quality for assigned studies in compliance with ICH GCP.
- Develop clinical tools and contribute to clinical-related document creation.
- Collaborate with clinical teams and lead meetings to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Monitor clinical activity timelines and metrics to ensure final deliverables are achieved.
- Communicate with study sites regarding protocol and study-related issues.
- Coordinate start-up activities and ensure regulatory submissions are addressed.
- Manage clinical resources and delegate responsibilities as necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in clinical research or trial operations.
- End-to-end study management experience is essential.
- Early Phase and start-up experience preferred.
- Therapeutic expertise in Neurology; experience with Ophthalmology and Rare Diseases is favored.
Pay
$110,000 – $130,000 annually
Schedule
Standard Monday-Friday work schedule.
