Clinical Team Manager (CTM) - NICU - Truman Medical Center (FT 6:45am-7:45pm)

In this role, you’ll lead a dedicated group of professionals while ensuring excellent patient care and operational success. Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate front‑line operations for assigned inpatient unit(s) 24/7.
• Support the Director in maintaining nursing standards and promoting competent practice among your team.
• Champion quality, safe patient care and ensure smooth, efficient operations.
• Foster a culture of excellent customer service, evidence‑based practice, and resource stewardship.
• Be the go‑to person for supporting personnel needs, guiding your team with care and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent (ADN + years of relevant experience).
• At least two (2) years of nursing experience or demonstrated proficiency in clinical and leadership skills.
• Missouri nursing license as a Registered Professional Nurse.
• Current certifications per department requirements.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.

Qualifications

• Specialty Certification (a plus but not required).

Schedule

Work schedule: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM, 36 hours per week.
