Role Overview
Supervises and coordinates nursing care on an assigned unit, ensuring high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care. Provides direct patient care, supervises personnel, and participates in staff orientation and performance evaluations.

Qualifications & Skills
- Enrollment in a BSN program and at least 2 years of nursing experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
