CLINICAL SYSTEMS ANALYST
About the role
The Clinical Systems Analyst at LifeBridge Health is responsible for implementing, enhancing, and supporting clinical applications deployed throughout the system. This position requires a basic professional knowledge and a clinical background with active Maryland Clinical Licensure, including 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience.
Responsibilities
- Implement, enhance, and support clinical applications
- Follow standard departmental processes, particularly change control and issue/request tracking
- Provide ongoing telephone support for end users
- Evidence of strong customer service and communication skills
Requirements
- Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree
- Working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field
- Active Maryland Clinical Licensure
- 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience
- Maryland Registered Nurse License
Qualifications
Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field. A clinical degreed background with active State of Maryland Clinical Licensure is required with commensurate clinical experience of 3-5 years. Maryland Registered Nurse License.
