About the role
This is an hourly contract position, fully remote, with a flexible commitment of 10–40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Apply your clinical systems expertise to evaluate, test, and provide feedback on AI-generated content related to healthcare IT
- Identify errors, gaps, or inaccuracies in AI outputs covering EHR workflows, clinical applications, and hospital infrastructure
- Translate complex clinical and operational scenarios into clear, structured feedback that helps AI systems improve
- Review AI reasoning around system troubleshooting, configuration, and healthcare operations for accuracy and real-world reliability
- Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments at your own pace
Requirements
- Experienced supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems — including EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure
- Skilled at diagnosing technical issues and translating clinical workflow needs into practical solutions
- Comfortable working across clinical and technical teams, bridging the gap between end users and systems
- Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills
- Self-motivated and reliable in a remote, asynchronous environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with AI tools or large language model applications in healthcare
- Background in clinical informatics, health IT implementation, or system integration
