Payrate: $18.29- $19.00/hr.
Summary
The main function of a Clinical Support Coordinator is to provide front desk support and manage patient care across a hospital or clinic setting. They ensure a seamless process for patients and offer administrative support for medical professionals.
Responsibilities
- Identifies and appropriately responds to customer needs and keeps customers informed of service progress.
- Handles telephone information requests with courtesy, accuracy, and respect.
- Effectively manage schedules and resources
- Data entry and other documents correction
- Document distribution

Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- 0-2 years’ experience is required.
Pay Transparency
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $18.29- $19.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
