Clinical Support Assistant

Role: Provides basic patient care and clerical support in the Emergency Department, ensuring a safe, patient-centered environment. Responsibilities: Completes and documents patient care, monitors and reports changes in patient condition, maintains accurate records, and performs clerical and support duties.Skills & Knowledge: Recognizes emergency situations, reacts appropriately, practices cost-effective use of supplies, and ensures availability of necessary forms, supplies, and equipment.Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; 1 year of related work experience or healthcare curriculum completion; preferred certification as a CNA in Arkansas.Additional Requirements: Demonstrates safety awareness, maintains professionalism, and supports a family-centered care environment.
