Clinical Supply Manager

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of clinical trial supply logistics.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials to clinical sites.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical research organizations (CROs), sponsors, and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Handle patient randomization and ensure accurate data tracking using Almac ONE™ and other relevant systems.
• Resolve issues related to supply chain disruptions and maintain communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical trial supply logistics or related field.
• Strong understanding of GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience with clinical trial supply management software such as Almac ONE™.
• Knowledge of clinical trial protocols and procedures.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
