About the role

Johnson & Johnson Research & Development, LLC is recruiting for a 2027 Clinical Supply Chain Summer Intern (Undergraduate) in Horsham, Pennsylvania. The Clinical Supply Chain organization, within Therapeutics Development and Supply, manages global clinical supplies for the Research & Development portfolio and the Global Medical Affairs portfolio. Activities include in-house and outsourced manufacturing of clinical supplies (API, Drug Product, Packaged and Labeled Clinical Supplies), demand forecasting, supply planning, and global distribution. The organization supports Synthetics, Molecules, Bio Therapeutics, and Advanced Therapies in development and low‑volume commercial supply, securing supply to more than 60,000 patients across 330+ clinical trials annually.

The internship is a structured 12‑week, full‑time (40 hours/week) program running from mid‑May to early August 2027. Interns become integral members of the Clinical Supply Chain team, working on projects that build leadership, problem‑solving, and project‑management skills. The program includes cross‑functional interactions, visibility to upper management, final assignment presentations, and networking opportunities. Each intern reports to a single team leader responsible for the focus area/project.
