Clinical Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Development Supply Chain (DSC) is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of products, process knowledge, and technology solutions that enable accelerated product commercialization. DSC is actively supporting the transition from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, including testing activities across the clinical supply chain. The Business Analyst Principal will provide project-based analytical support for S/4HANA clinical testing, with a primary focus on managing and simplifying large, complex data sets. The role will use advanced Excel and analytical capabilities to transform raw testing data into clear, manageable outputs that enable the direct manager to quickly assess results, identify issues and trends, and make informed decisions.

The team is looking for two Business Analysts to provide additional support for a large S/4HANA transformation project. The immediate priority is data migration and data review, with resources helping prepare and analyze large Excel datasets before they are reviewed by business SMEs. The role may expand to include testing, test script support, documentation revisions, training materials, and other project-related activities as priorities evolve.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze large Excel datasets for data migration and data review
• Transform raw testing data into clear, manageable outputs for management review
• Compare information across multiple files/tables to identify missing or inconsistent data
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and data review
• Support testing and UAT activities, including test script support
• Assist with documentation revisions and training materials development
• Collaborate with business SMEs and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues
• Adapt to rapidly shifting priorities in a fast-paced project environment

Requirements

• Advanced Excel skills (top priority) — strong formulas, lookups, comparisons, and data consolidation
• Experience working with large, complex datasets
• Data migration, data validation, reconciliation, and data review experience
• Ability to compare information across multiple files/tables and identify missing or inconsistent data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to quickly learn new business processes
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Proactive, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced project environment

Preferred qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA or other large ERP transformation experience (strongly preferred)
• Testing/UAT and test script experience
• Supply chain experience (preferred but not required)
• Clinical Supply Chain experience (major plus)
• Background in Plan-to-Stock, Order-to-Cash, planning, customer service/order management, manufacturing, distribution, or similar end-to-end supply chain processes
• Exceptional Excel/data skills with relevant ERP/transformation experience from other industries

Pay

Target pay range: $31–41 per hour DOE
