Clinical Supervisor - SUD

About the role

The successful candidate will oversee the clinical functions of staff to ensure quality of care to clients, the professional development of clinicians, and adherence to agency policies and procedures. This position also provides clinical oversight of substance use disorder (SUD) services, ensuring the integration of co-occurring mental health and substance use treatment in accordance with all regulatory and payer requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
• Active, unrestricted California BBS licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in county-contracted behavioral health settings
• Minimum of 2 years post-licensure clinical experience
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Experience providing or supervising substance use disorder (SUD) treatment services required or strongly preferred
• Experience working with co-occurring (dual diagnosis) populations preferred
• Knowledge of Medi-Cal/DHCS requirements for SUD services preferred
