Clinical Supervisor RN Visits

About the role

We are seeking a Skilled RN to join our clinical team and provide care for patients in the CSRA/Greater Augusta Metro Area. The role involves overseeing patient care through supervisory visits and recertification assessments for patients with chronic, degenerative medical conditions. Visits are typically 1 hour to 1.5 hours long and are compensated at $125 per visit, with additional fees for client/care coordination at $40 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care from admission to discharge
• Supervise care management activities
• Assure clinical skills and competency of caregivers
• Train and educate field staff
• Develop patient care plans
• Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Services on quality improvement initiatives and standard operating procedures
• Coordinate with community partners

Requirements

• Active / Unencumbered Georgia Nursing License (RN)
• Minimum three (3) years nursing experience as RN
• At least one (1) year of home care experience, direct patient care or supervisory
• Meet all federal, state, local contract and program requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills
• Supervisory experience required
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Knowledge of Georgia Healthcare System, including Medicaid waiver programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy
• Proficiency in the English language
