Clinical Supervisor - RN

Role: Clinical Supervisor – RN supporting pediatric private duty nursing in Erie, PA. Responsibilities Educate, mentor, and support caregivers to enhance clinical skills and confidence.Conduct patient assessments and supervisory visits for approximately 20 pediatric patients.Collaborate with families, physicians, and internal teams to coordinate safe, high-quality home care.Ensure care compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.Assist with onboarding, caregiver development, and clinical problem-solving.Provide after-hours support during assigned on-call rotations. Qualifications And Skills Current RN license with clinical experience aligned to state and federal standards.Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the service area.Preferred: pediatric or home care experience, clinical education background, leadership experience.
