Clinical Supervisor Out Patient Behavioral Health Full Time Days
Job Description
The Clinical Supervisor reflects the mission, vision, and values of NMHC, adheres to the organizations Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
The Clinical Supervisor will provide outpatient psychiatric services to persons suffering from mental illness and/or their families/significant others. The Clinical Supervisor must be knowledgeable in areas of clinical supervision, assessment, therapy and referral, and will consider the specific needs and behaviors of specific age groups.
Qualifications
- Current State of Illinois licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Advanced Practice Nurse, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, or the equivalent
- Masters Degree with a major in Clinical Social Work, Psychology, Psychiatric Nursing or other related degree
- Minimum of five years post-Masters clinical experience with at least three years of outpatient experience
