About NeuroFlow

NeuroFlow was founded by Christopher Molaro, a West Point graduate and former Army platoon leader, and Adam Pardes, both passionate about improving behavioral health care. They recognized the need for a comprehensive approach to integrate behavioral health into the healthcare ecosystem.

What We Do

We partner with healthcare leaders to improve outcomes, reduce costs, and make behavioral health risk more predictable and transparent. Our goal is to ensure no one who needs behavioral health support falls through the cracks.

How We Do It

NeuroFlow fosters a culture of encouragement and innovation, combining deep clinical expertise with flexible, agile practices. We believe in the power of measurement-informed care to drive better outcomes.

How You Will Help

The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical supervision to associate-level therapists (LSW, LAPC) pursuing clinical licensure. This role combines clinical expertise with supervisory skills to develop early-career clinicians into outcomes-informed practitioners.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group clinical supervision to associate therapists in accordance with state licensure requirements, focusing on outcomes interpretation and measurement-informed decision-making.
  • Oversee, direct, recommend, and instruct the clinical activities of supervisees working with at-risk populations, ensuring compliance with measurement-informed standards of practice.
  • Conduct direct observation of clinical sessions and review recordings of supervisee-client interactions to provide feedback on clinical skills.
  • Establish and monitor supervision objectives for each supervisee, tracking progress toward clinical competence and professional development goals.
  • Maintain detailed, compliant documentation of all supervision sessions including session notes, competency assessments, and hours tracking as required by the state regulations.
  • Review and provide feedback on clinical documentation, treatment planning, diagnostic assessment, and therapeutic interventions.
  • Audit supervisee competence in key clinical areas including suicide risk assessment, crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and measurement-based care approaches.
  • On-call for urgent escalations within business hours of 8am-6pm EST Monday - Friday.
  • Model and enforce a practice culture where measurement data is integrated into every clinical decision.

Ethics, Risk Management, and Clinical Oversight

  • Review ethical issues, boundary management, mandated reporting requirements, and legal considerations relevant to clinical practice, including measurement administration protocols, documentation standards, and treatment response criteria.
  • Provide consultation on complex cases involving suicide risk, safety planning, crisis situations, and mandated reporting.
  • Direct the interruption or termination of supervisee activities when client safety or clinical quality is at risk.
  • Monitor supervisee caseloads and workload to prevent burnout and ensure quality of care.

Professional Development and Training

  • Mentor supervisees in cultural competence, diversity considerations, and trauma-informed approaches to care.
  • Encourage and facilitate multidisciplinary consultation and professional networking opportunities.
  • Support supervisees in developing confidence, professional identity, and self-care practices.
  • Discuss use of self in clinical work, countertransference, and personal responses to challenging clinical material.

Compliance and Documentation

  • Ensure all supervision activities comply with state licensure and insurance requirements.
  • Maintain supervision agreements, tracking logs, and all required documentation for audit readiness.
  • Complete verification of experience forms for supervisees applying for clinical licensure.
  • Track and verify proper supervision ratios (2:40), individual/group split, face-to-face hours, and annual hour limits.
  • Provide records to the State Board upon request as required by regulation.

Organizational Collaboration

  • Participate in departmental meetings, case conferences, and clinical consultation as needed.
  • Collaborate with clinic leadership on the development of clinical protocols, training materials, and supervision best practices.
  • Provide coverage and designate qualified substitute supervision during planned absences.
  • Collaborate with clinic leadership and/or Human Resources on addressing and managing any performance issues, complaints, or other quality concerns.
  • Escalate concerns about systemic barriers to measurement-informed practice (e.g., EHR limitations, inadequate training time, inconsistent protocols).

About You

  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program.
  • Current, active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in New Jersey.
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience as an LCSW within the last 10 years (as required by 49 Pa. Code47.1a).

  • Deep experience with and genuine commitment to measurement-informed care.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR), documentation systems, and technology platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining supervision records and compliance documentation.
  • Extensive clinical experience in behavioral health settings, with demonstrated competence in clinical documentation, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

Preferred Qualifications
