Responsibilities Provides direct and indirect nursing care to patients, ensuring safe and effective treatment plans. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care and achieve optimal health outcomes. Supervises and supports nursing staff , facilitating collaboration and adherence to clinical pathways based on evidence-based medicine. Acts as shift leader to ensure quality patient care, safety, and compliance with hospital policies. Assists in patient and family education to promote understanding and participation in care plans. Maintains accurate documentation of patient status, interventions, and outcomes.
