About the role
The Clinical Supervisor is a member of the unit-based leadership team. They provide supervision of the nursing operations of a unit. In the absence of the Manager or Director, they may assume 24-hour nursing responsibility. They work with a unit-specific patient population.

Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Three (3) years experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty OR Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing with two (2) years of experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty
- Current license in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or Nurse Compact (NLC/eNLC) or Multistate license
- Hold Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS)
Qualifications
- Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units
- Preferred: Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units
