Job Duties

• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations
• Support and develop a team of administrative professionals
• Ensure a seamless experience for both patients and providers
• Guide staff performance
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
• Support patient access to care
• Oversee surgical scheduling activities
• Provide patient education regarding procedures and preparation requirements
• Serve as a backup Surgery Coordinator when needed
• Assist with front office operations during busy periods

Benefits
