Role & Responsibilities
- Lead functional assessments
- Develop data-driven treatment plans
- Provide mentorship and supervision to Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
- Deliver parent training
- Ensure high clinical quality
- Maintain 30 billable hours weekly
- Collaborate within a team to promote clinical consistency
- Contribute to training, QA, and curriculum development
Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s or doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience with individuals with autism and developmental needs
- Proficiency with technology (iPad, data collection, scheduling)
- Background clearance
- Preferably Spanish-speaking
