Clinical Supervisor, BCBA - Full-Time

About the Role

Lead functional assessments, develop data-driven treatment plans, and ensure high clinical quality in a center-based ABA setting. This role includes mentorship of Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors, parent training, and collaboration within a pod model to support peers and promote clinical consistency.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans
• Provide mentorship and supervision to Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
• Deliver parent training and ensure high clinical quality
• Maintain 30 billable hours weekly
• Collaborate within a pod model to support peers and promote clinical consistency
• Contribute to ongoing training, quality assurance, and curriculum development

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
• Active BCBA certification
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs
• Comfortable with technology (iPad, electronic data collection, scheduling platforms)
• TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance

Skills

• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus

Pay

Competitive salary range of $85,000–$95,000 with bonus potential up to $6,000 and a sign-on bonus up to $5,000.

Schedule

In-person, center-based role with one work-from-home day per week.
