Overview

Responsibilities

• Supervise clients and staff weekly, ensuring top-notch ABA services across the board
• Mentor RBTs & Case Managers, helping the next generations of clinicians grow with confidence
• Oversee assessments, goal setting, and clinical team meetings to keep care sharp and intentional
• Maintain high-quality documentation, communication, and clinical standards throughout

Requirements

• Active BCBA Certification
• Masters in ABA, Psychology, or related field
• 2+ years supervising clinical staff
• Strong ABA skills (BTT, Verbal Behavior, NET)
• Reliable car, CA driver’s license & insurance
• CPR certification, immunization records, and background check upon hire

Compensation & Perks

• Salary: $80k-$85k (depending on experience and education)
