Clinical Supervisor

About the role

Supervises specific administrative and clinical functions related to the daily operations of the clinic as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned clinical departments and staff including Medical Assistants, Triage Nurses, Lab, and Radiology within the clinic.
• Responsible for all resources and functions related to patient care including ordering supplies, QA regulatory compliance, OSHA, maintenance of clinical equipment, and regular staff meetings.
• Responsible for training and development of assigned employees including hiring decisions, discipline, and staff evaluations.
• Assist clinical staff and fill-in when needed.
• Overall responsible for working to achieve quality healthcare and high patient satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Applicable Experience: 2 years

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
• Registered Nurse (KS) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
• Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
• Associate Degree - Nursing
