Clinical Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise client cases
• Conduct FBAs, functional analyses, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Ensure consistent clinical practice, client progress, and customer satisfaction
• Mentor and oversee Program Managers and Interventionists, supporting their professional development
• Maintain billable hours and provide supervision aligned with BACB standards, including documentation and training
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, participate in IEP meetings, and provide behavioral recommendations

Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s degree in a related field and BCBA certification
• Strong ABA, clinical, and behavioral assessment skills
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and work effectively in a team
• Bilingual skills, especially Spanish, are valued
