Clinical Supervisior - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

About the role

Responsible for overseeing and providing guidance to behavior analysts in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
• Provide individualized supervision and feedback to behavior analysts to enhance their skills and performance.
• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with other professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans that meet the needs of clients.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry developments and best practices.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a behavioral health setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, behavior analysis, or related field.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Experience with data collection and analysis tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

• $60,000 - $70,000 annually.
