About the role
Responsible for overseeing and providing guidance to behavior analysts in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
- Provide individualized supervision and feedback to behavior analysts to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans that meet the needs of clients.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a behavioral health setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, behavior analysis, or related field.
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Experience with data collection and analysis tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
