Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as an integral member of our patient care team
  • Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and healthcare providers via phone and live feed camera

Required Qualifications

  • Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy; PharmD preferred
  • Current Illinois Pharmacist license in good standing
  • Willingness and ability to obtain additional state licenses as requested by management
  • Experience using computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and pharmacy information systems
  • Demonstrated accuracy and timeliness in a work setting
  • Demonstrated effective communications skills; verbal and written
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns
  • Demonstrated ability to use pharmaceutical and medical references literature to provide drug information to health plans, patients, and prescribers
  • Demonstrated ability to speak professionally via phone or video with providers and patients
  • Demonstrated ability to precept students independently

Pay

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

Schedule

Hours: This position is scheduled to work a mix-shift of 40 hours per week.

Setting

CPS TELEpharmacy is a division of CPS Solutions, LLC, that provides remote pharmacy services to multiple hospitals and skilled nursing facilities across the U.S from a centralized location in Naperville, IL. This position entails a high degree of telephone customer service, and accuracy working on multiple screens from a high-security, modern office building with many amenities including a relaxation area, complimentary beverages and membership to a local fitness center.

Qualifications

Pay Range

The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment.
