About the Role

Develop strategic partnerships with specialty physicians throughout Sarasota County. Focus on Cardiology, Neurology, Orthopedic, and Urology practices to identify patients who would benefit from home health services and ensure seamless transitions of care.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Clinical Liaison between Concierge Home Care and specialty physician practices
• Develop referral partnerships with Cardiology, Neurology, Orthopedic, and Urology providers
• Educate physicians and office staff on appropriate home health utilization
• Identify patients who would benefit from skilled home health services
• Collaborate with providers to ensure smooth transitions from hospital, surgery center, outpatient clinic, or physician office to home
• Drive census growth through strategic relationship management
• Provide clinical education regarding Medicare home health eligibility
• Coordinate referrals from physician offices through admission
• Work closely with Clinical Managers, Intake, and Operations to ensure exceptional patient experiences
• Maintain consistent communication with referral partners and executive leadership
• Achieve monthly referral and growth goals

Requirements

• Current Florida RN or LPN license
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare sales experience
• Experience calling on physician offices or specialty practices
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities
• Valid Florida driver's license
• Reliable transportation with current auto insurance

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in one or more of the following specialty areas: Cardiology, Neurology, Orthopedics, Urology, Medical Device Sales, Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales, Specialty Physician Practice Liaison, Hospital Service Line Sales, Clinical Liaison, Home Health Sales
• Existing physician relationships within the Sarasota market are highly preferred

Compensation & Earning Potential

• Base Salary: $80,000 – $95,000+ (based on experience and specialty relationships)
• Robust quarterly bonus structure
• High earning potential for top performers
