About the role

As a Clinical Specialist, you will understand and address the clinical needs of customers within an assigned territory. You will partner with Territory Managers to demonstrate FUJIFILM Sonosite products, close deals, and ensure an ongoing positive customer experience. After the sale, you will own client relationships, encouraging customer adoption and use of FUJIFILM Sonosite products.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Territory Manager in assigned territory to understand prospect’s clinical needs, demonstrate FUJIFILM Sonosite’s products, and close new deals.
  • Implement FUJIFILM Sonosite products at customer sites and train customers on how to use new products.
  • Own post-sales activities in the field, such as encouraging customer product adoption and addressing any customer issues, to ensure ongoing positive customer experience.
  • Support Territory Manager by maintaining FUJIFILM Sonosite presence and relationships at installed base client sites.
  • Convey the overall value of FUJIFILM Sonosite products for users and other stakeholders within customer sites.
  • Work with Inside Sales Representatives to demonstrate Fujifilm Sonosite’s products in the field, when needed.
  • Identify potential upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing customers and bring opportunities to the attention of the Territory Manager to pursue and close.
  • Provide clinical, technical, and educational support to new and existing customers as needed.
  • Provide support to other areas of the company as needed.
  • Act as the primary commercial resource in the absence of the Territory Manager counterpart.
  • Carry out the requirements of the company’s quality system.

Requirements

  • 2-year degree from an accredited ultrasound teaching institution.
  • RDMS in Abdomen/OB GYN.
  • RDCS or RDCS eligible; RVT or RVT eligible preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in diagnostic ultrasound (Abdominal/OBGyn/Vascular).
  • Ability to understand both the clinical and business needs of the customer and Fujifilm Sonosite.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into clear product requests.
  • Experience in dealing with numerous requirements and performing detailed prioritization.

  • Professional skills necessary to manage interpersonal relationships with team members and colleagues.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workloads.

  • Ability to travel 90% of the time.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodations.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision in an environment that requires strong teamwork and cross-functional interaction.
  • Represents FUJIFILM Sonosite in a highly professional manner.

Pay

$90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year depending on experience, plus variable bonus opportunity.
